The CoffeeBoy Review

The Miracle Mile favorite with comfy armchairs, communal tables, and more power sockets than your office.

The Story

Crema Gourmet started as a neighborhood café in 2012 and grew into a South Florida chain — but the Miracle Mile original is the one that matters here. It uses Illy coffee, and its minimalist white-brick design has become the visual language of the brand. Our visit found reliable wifi and a room that supports a full work block.

What to Order

The Affogato is the CoffeeBoy pick — espresso over vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and caramel. It's the dessert-caffeine hybrid you didn't know you needed.

The Nitro Cold Brew is smooth, creamy, and 16 ounces of focus. The Cortado is balanced and classic. For food, the Açaí Bowl — granola, coconut, blueberry, banana, almond — is a lunch that thinks it's dessert, and the Avocado Toast is a reliable savory option.

The Experience

Crema is a certified work spot. Comfy armchairs, communal tables, and — the critical part — ample power sockets. The wifi is strong (60 Mbps tested), the noise is conversational, and nobody blinks if you camp for hours. It's the kind of place where the remote workers are part of the furniture.

It's open until 9pm, which makes it one of the better late-work options on this list. Morning is prime socket-hunting time; the crowd is a mix of students, freelancers, and Miracle Mile shoppers. Weekday mornings are the move.

The Verdict

Crema is a certified work spot on our rubric: armchairs, sockets, reliable wifi, and a solid latte for under $5. The complete work-from-café package.
