The Story

Threefold was founded in 2014 by Nick and Teresa, natives of Melbourne, Australia — and it shows. This is Melbourne-style coffee and brunch in the heart of Coral Gables: flat whites that don't need explaining, an avocado toast that literally started the Miami trend, and a menu that takes weekend brunch as seriously as a religion. Coffee comes from local roaster Deco Coffee Co.

What to Order

The Flat White is the CoffeeBoy pick — the Melbourne standard, done exactly the way it's meant to be. If you've never had a proper one, this is the place to learn.

The Original Avocado Toast is the dish that put them on the map — Miami's "original" avo toast and still the benchmark. The Cold Brew is smooth, strong, and cold-dripped. And the Matcha Latte is ceremonial-grade, never cloying.
