Freshness standard
A workability record is current for 120 days. After that it is marked “re-test due” until we sit in the shop again. Owners and readers can flag changed hours, policies, or layouts at any time.
Commercial independence
Reviews are unpaid. A shop cannot pay for a higher score, a guide placement, certification, or removal of an unfavorable result. Any sponsorship that ever appears is clearly labeled and never touches a rating.
