COFFEEBOY

The receipts behind the ranking

We score the room we actually sat in.

CoffeeBoy separates public business facts from field observations. Addresses, hours, menus, and official links come from the shop's public channels. Workability claims come from a dated CoffeeBoy visit recorded on each review.

Wi-Fi

30%

A speed test during the visit, plus whether the connection stayed usable.

Outlets

20%

How many practical charging positions exist relative to laptop-friendly seats.

Seating

20%

Table height, chair comfort, and whether a normal work block is realistic.

Noise

15%

The observed room volume and whether calls or focused work are reasonable.

Laptop policy

15%

Posted rules and staff behavior—not assumptions based on aesthetics.

Freshness standard

A workability record is current for 120 days. After that it is marked “re-test due” until we sit in the shop again. Owners and readers can flag changed hours, policies, or layouts at any time.

Commercial independence

A shop can pay for partner placement, a fresh verification visit, or event operations. It cannot pay for a higher score, certification, or removal of an unfavorable result.
