The Story

This is the HQ — the Lab & Roastery in Little Haiti. The 4,000-square-foot space houses the coffee shop, a small grocery, a cold-brew room, a training lab, and a second vintage 1920s Probat roaster that you can watch work behind a glass wall. It's part coffee shop, part coffee museum, part cathedral to the bean.

What to Order

The Espresso is the CoffeeBoy pick — a double shot of single-origin that's as direct as it gets. If you want to taste what Panther actually roasts, this is the purest expression.

The Cortado is the perfect ratio of espresso to microfoam — the order that says you know what you're doing. The Caffè Latte is bigger and softer, with 10–14 ounces of milk for those who want the comfort. And the Panther Cold Brew Can is shelf-stable and ready to grab on the way out.

The Experience

If you need to get work done, this is the best Panther for it in our testing. The wifi is strong (80 Mbps tested), outlets are plentiful along the big communal table and bar seating, and the noise level is genuinely quiet. The space is big enough that it rarely feels full.

There's also a gated dog area with a water bowl, outdoor stone seating, and a drive-thru window for the "coffee, no conversation" days. It's about 10 minutes from MIA, which makes it an elite pre-flight remote-work stop.

The Verdict

The best work-from-coffee-shop in Miami, full stop. Big, bright, rarely crowded, and you get to watch beans roast while your document writes itself. Bring a laptop. Stay a while.
